Neo has an extensive corporate background with over 10 years in the IT channel as a Sales Director. He worked at a number of VARS at a senior level, running large teams and growing the business. Since starting-up Ice Recruitment, our clients find that Neo’s unique knowledge from an internal perspective is incomparable to other services and consultancies they work with.
Fun Facts about Neo: He is a devoted and lifelong Chelsea fan, he makes a mean BBQ as his family owned the famous ‘Marathon Kebab House’ in Chalk Farm, Camden for 30 years, he is a grassroots football coach and a huge fan of self-development and coaching. Also, what a fantastic dad he is!
Rachel Pedrithes, Director, Co-founder
Rachel comes from a recruitment background. After starting her career in The City working in HR she moved into recruitment roles and worked for a number of companies working in travel, IT & Technology. Rachel now heads-up the recruitment for inside sales and Customer Success.
Fun facts about Rachel: She has lived all over the UK from Teeside to London, during her teens Rachel lived in Cyprus and she is an Online Fitness Coach with a passion for helping people with their health goals. Also, her kids are her life!
